Attach the DSP to the whisper white card stock,
Stamp the panders and fussy cut (no, I do not like fussy cutting. But this is actually easy).
Stamp the happy birthday and flag onto some lemon lime cardstock, attach the balloon with some silver bakers twine, and then use dimentials to attach the bears to the base. I so love this card, that I am going to be making more.
