Technique Tuesday - Bokeh Effect
Welcome peeps, hope you all have had a great weekend and enjoyed hoping along with the rest of us…. This is such a wicked and simple technique and really packs a punch, so I am going to give this ago in yellows… I did make my own Bokeh template, with a thick plastic sheet that came with a package.

Okay I only have one of these colours, as I decided that I would not buy them myself as when I joined Stampin' Up! last year I would only a have a few months before they would retire and so I only invested in the one colour... 
Okay, now that I have written this I have now added the Markers to my next order so then I have the colours... But I am so looking forward to the next colour release which I will get a sneak peek in April when I go to On Stage. At this time I will also get a look into the new Annual Catalogue and there is a rumour that there even maybe a full colour refresh. But we do NOT know anyting for sure....
