My new stamp platform arrived today and I have been playing. OMG, not only is it the perfect size for a desk to just sit on there to be used. But stampin multiple images, multiple step stamps, and just stamping onto a page is just so easy....
I just love it...
Today we are going to create a masculine card…
While a lot of people struggle with masculine themed cards, Stampin’ Up! has made it real easy to create such wonderful projects. Stampin’ Up! has a suite called True Gentleman this is located on page 44-45 of the Occasions catalogue 2018 (Spring/Summer). Here is the link to the suite online, I just love how this is very classic. With colours like Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Night of Navy, Tranquil Tide, and Very Vanilla, matching to Neutrals and Regals are just so easy.
My personal thoughts about masculine themed is to keep it simple, keep embellishments to a minimum. Some thing that I really like is how the punch and stamp set match and you can save 10% if you purchase the bundle (Click here).
So, I had a poll on my personal Facebook page and asked if we wanted butterfly’s or bow ties, and you guessed it, bow ties won.
Today’s inspiration is from the Occasions Catalogue 6 Jan-2 Jun (Click here to have a look), on page 12 there is a Happy Birthday card with 3 bows’. However, I wanted to create a masculine card, so I took the punch as in the video below and created some bow ties.
