W ant a quick and easy treat box? This is the one! Perfectly sized to hold 3 Ghirardelli squares, or any small candy treat.
Project Recipe
Box:
Card stock 5" x 41/2"
Handles:
Card stock 21/4" x 31/2" (cut 2)
DSP 31/8" x 17/8" (cut 2)
Sentiment:
White cardstock 11/2" x 21/8'
Score box card stock on the 5" side at 2" and 3".
Turn and score on the 41/2" side at 1' and 31/2".
Cut along the score lines on both sides of the small square on either side. Miter the small square.
Add glue to the bottom of the small flap on one side. Fold small flap up and fold one of the side flaps over it to adhere. Fold the other side flap on top and adhere to create one end of the box.
Repeat on other end.
Adhere the DSP panels to the card stock panels. Punch a hole in each panel to create the handles.
Decorate the sentiment label and adhere to one of the panels.
Adhere the panels to the box on either side. String ribbon through the holes to close.
