As you are ready to stamp using the Heartfelt Hexagon Set or Circle Sayings Set, place the cardstock or designer paper on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "happy birthday" sentiment from the Circle Sayings Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the upper right corner of the horizontal 4" x 5-1/4" Lemon Lolly rectangle.
Adhere the piece of yellow and white striped Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper to the bottom of the stamped Lemon Lolly rectangle so the left and right edges are even and it is about 1/4" from the bottom edge.
Adhere the stamped Lemon Lolly rectangle with designer paper attached to the front of the Lemon Lime Twist card front.
Mount the hatched edge tag outline from the Heartfelt Hexagon Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Lemon Lime Twist Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the horizontal 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" green watercolor wash Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper strip so it is horizontal leaving room to punch it out.
Mount the "Let's eat cake" sentiment from the Heartfelt Hexagon Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Lemon Lime Twist Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the hexagon outline on the green watercolor wash designer paper strip.
Unlock the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped sentiment image into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch. Leave the punch open.
One at a time, slide the pale yellow stars on white background and green circles within circles on white background designer paper strips into the open punch and punch.
Use the side of the brush tip of the Daffodil Delight and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin' Write Markers to carefully outline the stars and circles hexagon punch outs matching the colors.
Mount the cupcake image from the Circle Sayings Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small Lemon Lolly rectangle so you get the bottom of the cupcake. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the cupcake image on Block B with the Lemon Lime Twist Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small Lemon Lime Twist rectangle so you get the frosting of the cupcake. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy and put it away.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut the frosting out of the stamped Lemon Lime Twist rectangle. Make sure to cut the jagged lines along the bottom where the frosting is behind the top of the cupcake wrapper.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut the cupcake wrapper bottom out of the stamped Lemon Lolly rectangle. Cut a straight line across the top of the cupcake wrapper where it is hidden by the frosting.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the bottom of the frosting cut out to the top of the cupcake wrapper cut out, lining up all the lines.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the three hexagon punch outs and the cupcake on the front of the card to figure out spacing and placement so they overlap each other and the designer paper on the card front a bit. Once happy, adhere the pieces to the front of the card as shown. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the cupcake in place.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Silver & White 1/2" Sheer Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card as shown so it is centered at the bottom left side of the cupcake.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 3 Parakeet Party pearls from the sheet of 2022-2024 In Color Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the front of the card as shown.
