Project Recipe
Dimensions:
Melon Mambo 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at half, and 2 3/4 x 4
Wonderful World DSP 1 x 4, four pieces
Basic White 3 x 4
Vellum 4 x 3/4
On the vellum, stamp the first part of the sentiment in Memento ink. Set aside to let dry.
With the Melon Mambo card base, cut on one of the short end. Cut at 1 1/4 and 3 inches and cut up to the center score line. (Or flip the card over and cut again at 1 1/4 on the other end.)
On scrap Basic White, stamp three flowers.
Carnation - Blushing Bride
Day Lilly - Highland Heather
Small Hydrangea - Melon Mambo
Stems and leaves - Mossy Meadow
Ink the stamps by using just the edge of the ink pads and huff before stamping. An alternative is to use the Stampin' Write markers.
Cut out the flowers and leaves with the paper snips.
With the Labels Aglow die set, cut out the label from Basic White.
Emboss the separate piece of Melon Mambo with the Fern 3D embossing folder. Adhere this to the middle front piece.
Check to see if the Memento on the vellum is dry. If it is, adhere it to the two end panels.
Take the four DSP pieces and adhere them to the card. Two go on the front side panels, over the vellum. The remaining two go on the sides inside the card.
On the Basic White piece, stamp "Amazing" in Melon Mambo. Adhere this to the inside of the card.
On the white label, arrange the flowers and stems to your liking. Use mini dimensionals on the middle flower. Adhere the entire label and flowers over the Fern embossed piece.
Tie a piece of the Blushing Bride ribbon on one side of the front panel. Tie in a knot.
