Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Smoky Slate Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 3" x 5" from Pacific Point Cardstock
- 2-7/8" x 4-7/8" of blue, gray, black, and white diagonal stripes design from Well Suited Designer Series Paper
- 2-1/2" x 4" from Pacific Point Cardstock
- 2-3/8" x 3-7/8" of gray paisley design from Well Suited Designer Series Paper
- 2" x 3-1/2" from Pacific Point Cardstock
- 2" square from Smoky Slate Cardstock
Adhere the diagonal striped piece of Well Suited Designer Paper to the large Pacific Point rectangle.
Adhere the matted diagonal striped designer paper to the front of the Smoky Slate card on the left side so about 1/4" of gray shows on the top, bottom, and left edges.
Adhere the paisley piece of Well Suited Designer Paper to the medium sized piece of Pacific Point Cardstock.
Adhere the matted paisley designer paper to the front of the card so it is about 1/4" from the right edge and about 3/4" from the top and bottom edges.
Unlock the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch. Slide the remaining strip of Pacific Point Cardstock into the punch. Punch.
Insert the postage stamp punch out into the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder so the lines in the embossing folder run vertically down the vertical punch out. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed postage stamp punch out to the front of the card so it is centered over the left side of the matted paisley designer paper rectangle and is about 1-3/4" from the bottom edge of the card.
Mount the large Many Messages stamp on Block F. Ink up the right portion of the stamp near the bottom with the "Thank You Ever So Much" sentiment in a rectangle. Stamp the sentiment in the center of the small Smoky Slate square.
Put the Messages Die on top of the stamped sentiment square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the lightly scalloped rectangle on the bottom right side of the die is centered over the sentiment. Run through the tool.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment rectangle cut out to the center of the Pacific Point postage stamp punch out on the front of the card.
Cut a 16" piece of the Basic Gray twine from the Well Suited Twine Combo Pack.
Fold the twine in half. Tie a small bow in the center of the folded twine. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the twine bow to the front of the card at the bottom right corner of the Pacific Point postage stamp punch out.
Use the brush tip of the Dark Night Of Navy Stampin' Blends to color directly onto one of the stars on a sheet of Star Designer Elements while it is still on the sheet until the entire star element is a very dark blue.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up the colored star from the sheet of Star Designer Elements making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the upper right corner of the matted paisley piece of designer paper.
